Martini

Ingredients

• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 ounce dry vermouth (Dolin)
• 2 ounces Beefeater

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. 
2. Add ice, then stir until thoroughly chilled. 
3. Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
