Pietro Collina’s Daiquiri


  • 2 ounces Flor de Caña 4-Year Extra Dry
  • 1 ounce lime juice, double strained
  • 3/4 ounce rich cane syrup, (2:1, cane sugar:water)


  1. Add all ingredients to a shaking tin, add ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass.
