INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups water or stock
- 2 cups orzo
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add orzo, water, olive oil and salt to Instant Pot and stir to combine. At this point you can add any spices or flavors that you want to the orzo.
- Lock lid and set steam valve to seal.
- Cook orzo for 4 minutes on manual high pressure.
- Quick release pressure.
- Fluff orzo with a fork and serve with or use in your favorite recipes.
