Place lobster in boiling water for 18 minutes for a 1 1/2 pound lobster.
I sweated some onions and garlic.
I added a half a teaspoon of thyme.
I seasoned the beef cheek and put it on top of the veggies.
Then I added a bottle of Imperial Stout from Amsterdam Brewery and lowered the heat.
I let things cook away for 2 1/2 hours.
Nice and simple recipe but 60 seconds is too long to cook the tuna:
