- Bake them on a tray with grease slits (or a stone tray), on the bottom rack, at 400F for anywhere from 60-90 minutes.
- Flip them 4 times, 15-20 mins a side, covered with a loose foil for the first 30.
- Then at the end, broil them for a few minutes to get the surface extra crispy. Ribs have plenty of fat.
- If cooked just a bit longer, the meat gets to the point where it doesn’t stick to the bone and there is a mix of soft, juicy stuff with the crispy grilled stuff.
