From this site:



  • 8 oz mesclun salad
  • 1 oz red onion
  • 4 oz green beans
  • 4 boiled eggs cut into 6 slices
  • 8 oz albacore tuna
  • 8 oz boiled, sliced red potatoes
  • 9 oz sliced tomatoes
  • 4 oz lemon dressing (whisk together extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper)


In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the tomatoes, eggs, and tuna. Add the lemon dressing, arrange the egg slices, tomatoes and tuna on top, and serve with a squeeze of lemon dressing.
