Here’s a recipe for Beef Stew that looks easy:
I enjoyed it but can do better next time. I really didn’t like the wine pairing I made. The recipe called for two pounds of beef and I only used one so the balance between the meat and veggies was off. So next time I would use two pounds of LAMB. And I would put a can of Guinness into the pot. And then serve Guiness with it.
So to make a beef stew better, make it a Guiness Lamb Stew!
