Wednesday Night Dinner: December 3, 2015

I got out The Frugal Gourmet’s Three Ancient Cuisines cookbook and looked for a pasta recipe.

I found a great one for Pasta with Garlic and Eggs. It was fast and easy and simple and delicious. I used Tagliolina pasta because it was on sale for 99 cents. It works with any pasta.

See page 364 for full details b but it is basically:

  • Lots of Garlic
  • Two Eggs
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Pepper
