I had crab cakes cooked using Randy’s method:

  1. Flatten them to increase the surface area.
  2. Sear the sides for three minutes each.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for three minutes.
  4. Rest for three minutes.

So great tasting crabcakes in only 12 minutes.
