My Week of Noodles for Lunch: October 26-30, 2015

Monday: Sanukiya Somen from Shirakiku.

  • The soup was good but the I didn’t like the noodles too much. Cooked from warm water and extended the microwave time

Tuesday: Tempura Udon from Nongshim

  • Not udon noodles but lots of salt: 2090 mg.

Wednesday: Sanukiya Soba from Shirakiku

  • Buckwheat noodles with gluten added. Soup is not as good as the Somen version. Cooked from cold water.

Thursday: Japanese Style Noodle Fresh Udon from JFC

  • Loved the noodles not the best soup
